About Dave...

Dave’s professional background is in Senior Client Relationship Management.  As a Vice President for a Fortune 100 Company, Dave’s mission was improving and growing key client relationships, increasing product sales revenue, and protecting profit margins through learned and practiced negotiation strategies.  For over twenty years in the corporate world, Dave was adept at communicating at all levels of an organization, often serving as a point of escalation on critical customer service and performance issues.  He was eager to transfer these skills to the world of Real Estate in October of 2001. 

A Problem Solver...

As a born people-pleaser, Dave loves problem solving, and getting things done for his clients.  “Although we all would love problem-free transactions, that just isn’t the way the real world works”, Dave says.  “I believe how we act under pressure says a lot about us, and the ability to display grace under fire is a big part of what defines me.  At least, that is what my clients tell me!”  Even if things are turbulent during the transaction, Dave’s clients often aren’t even aware of any problems, due to his management skills. 

Creating a Lifetime Relationship...

A seasoned and skilled negotiator, Dave focuses on providing his clients outstanding service and getting them the results they want!  He believes that although technology is a wonderful tool, there is no substitute for face to face, personal service.  He concentrates on building lifetime relationships with the clients, staying in touch with them on a regular basis long after the transaction closes.  As Dave says, “I want my clients comfortable in the knowledge that I will be there for them long after I have been paid; I want to be their REALTOR for life.”  Since Dave works by referral only, he must take care of his clients to ensure that they will be satisfied, and happy to refer him to their friends and family. 

A True Professional...

After working with two other brokerages, Dave settled on RE/MAX Excalibur Realty in 2003.  He has earned the honor of Executive Club Member for outstanding sales performance at RE/MAX, and in 2004 earned his ABR designation (Accredited Buyer Representative).  The ABR designation affirms that Dave cares enough about his clients to continue his education so that he can serve them even better, and do everything he can to protect their best interests when he serves them in a transaction.  In 2004, less than 4% of the licensed agents nationwide held the ABR designation; it makes sense to work with an agent that cares this much about their clients and business.
